I'm heading out to the farmer's market this afternoon.
Many years ago in the late 1970's I saw a film on our food that motivated me to grow as much of my own food as possible and to make as much of my food from my own or local ingredients as I could. Sadly, the changes in my life and career and location have led me away from that resolve. This film looks like a wake up call again for me.
