I had not seen this new version. Thanks. Recently I watched an episode of Holmes in New Orleans. Seeing those sights again and seeing the sights of Haiti again in this video, I am amazed at how resilient people can be - at how they can go on with such destruction and chaos all around them. I am not such that I am made of such.
ReplyDeleteI never dreamed I would survive what happened to my life these past 4 years, but somehow, something kicks in that we didn't know was in us to help us stay alive. Just like that great song from Company - Being Alive.
ReplyDeleteI sometimes wonder why I survived, considering the way I am struggling, but there's got to me a damned good reason and I'm going to find out what it is.
