Throwback Thursday: Snow

Post-blizzard, 1985.  Mount Olive, New Jersey


Mt. Olive is in the Northwest of the state, near the Delaware Water Gap, not far from the Pocono Mountains ski areas.

And so it goes.

    Not quite as far as the Water Gap(I lived 10 miles from it)but right near Budd Lake. Hubs grew up in Chester and his BF lived on Schooley's Mtn. One of the nicer areas of NJ as I recall.....

    Sluggy, Yep. I was just over the hill from Schooley's and had friends there, as well. Loved the area except for the winters. Thanks for stopping by.

      AM, it's funny you mention that. For someone who is always smiling, I guess I don't smile much in these pictures. I'm not used to being the subject, I guess. But, thanks for the compliment and the visit, as usual.

    That uphill 600 ft. driveway was a killer. Snow only made it worse. Glad you moved to Delaware. It's all flat.
