Each and every time I see this series of images I am outraged beyond words. It's as if he's using bug spray around a picnic area. So trivial, so nonchalant, so laid back because he is not to be stopped. And yes, well, he is quite a porker when it comes down to it.
And I can't help but wonder what a shivering mass of jello he would turn into stripped of all the riot accoutrements. Uniforms do that to some guys.

And of course the "punishment" of the criminal police officer is that he was placed on PAID administrative leave. The police department will conduct a "thorough investigation" and then NOTHING will be done. Already the police chief in charge said that he HAD to use the pepper spray because the demonstrators were BLOCKING the police from leaving. Unfortunately for the police who break the law like this they still don't get the fact that almost everyone has a cell phone camera that can record their criminal conduct.
