An Epiphany: Pink - Try

I know this will sound strange. I've been listening to this song at the restaurant  for well over a year.  It's played on Sirius XM many times a day, but I've never listened to the lyrics. I've always liked Pink's passionate delivery and vocal range, but for me it was background music on a daily basis.

Then, a friend sent a link to this video and I was promptly blown away. After viewing it a couple of times, with jaw resting on the keyboard, I hunted for the lyrics and BAM! I smacked up against my previous life. The video is powerful enough, but the lyrics really struck a chord  for my life today. This gal is a true talent; she can dance, sing, and perform dramatic choreography - and is damned good at it all. Watch the video.  The lyrics are below. Enjoy!
